If your survey is unsuccessful you can return to B&Q for a full refund, 5. If your survey is successful, you will be booked in for your installation, 6. We aim to complete all installations within 8 weeks but difficulties in arranging the survey or installation dates may cause delays, There may be extra charges for access, regulatory venting & additional sq meterage, this will be advised at the time of survey, Available in mainland Britain only, Loft insulation acts like a blanket helping to trap heat that would otherwise leave your home through the roof, Heat rises and 26% of all the heat lost in an un-insulated home is through the roof, The material absorbs heat escaping from your house, helping to make your home warmer in the winter and cooler in summer, Loft insulation to the recommended depth of 270mm is included - if you already have some loft insulation we'll top it up to this level, Loft hatch insulation & draught proofing is also included where possible, Lofts used for storage may need to be cleared by the customer before work can commence, For DIY use only - This product is subsidised under the Carbon Emissions Reduction Target.
